Bollywood star Akshay Kumar is currently gearing up for the release of his film, Selfiee. The actor will be seen with Emraan Hashmi, Diana Penty and Nushrratt Bharuccha. Ahead of the release, the actor is keeping the fans engaged with the release of two songs – ‘Main Khiladi’ and ‘Kudiyee Ni Teri’. Amid this, the actor was seen sharing a dance with Malayalam superstar Mohanlal.
Akshay Kumar took to his social media accounts to share a video of him and Mohanlal doing the bhangra at a wedding. Both of them enjoyed the dance together on the beats of the dhol playing in the background. Akshay’s caption on the post read, “I’ll forever remember this dance with you @mohanlal Sir. Absolutely memorable moment.”
Mohanlal responded on Twitter saying, “Shaking a leg with the one and only @akshaykumar at my dearest Gautham Madhavan’s wedding celebration in Jaipur.”
Dressed in a cream kurta and white pyjamas, Akshay grooved to dhol beats with Mohanlal, who was in a blush blue sherwani, white pants and a cream pagdi. They tangled feet with each other and did some bhangra. After completing a full twirl, as the groom and others in the wedding party clapped for them, Akshay and Mohanlal shared a warm hug.
Mohanlal was also recently in Jaisalmer where he was reportedly shooting for his cameo in Rajinikanth’s Jailor. Jaisalmer was also the wedding venue of Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani earlier this week. When the paparazzi ran into Mohanlal at the airport, they asked if he was part of the wedding. Mohanlal clearly said that he was not invited.
However, later that day, he shared a photo with Karan Johar, who was a part of the wedding. He got a picture clicked with the director and wrote, “Time well spent with Karan @karanjohar.” Mohanlal will be seen next in Ram, his next film with Jeethu Joseph.
