Priyanka Chahar Chaudhary was asked about her journey to Bigg and reaction over it.
Priyanka shared,” A very good reason to sign Bigg Boss was because people loved Tejo, the character which I had played in Udariyan. “
She said,” So when people loved Tejo a lot and I used to compare myself with Tejo that she’s exactly me and Priyanka and Tejo are like very similar.”
She added,” Just I’m a little updated version of Tejo. I’m exactly like Tejo’s thought process, emotions and understandings and everything.”
” So I was like if people loved Tejo so much, so they are obviously going to love Priyanka as I’m the updated version of Tejo.”
She adds,” Tejo used to think emotionally and that’s her weak point because she was not practical. But why I’m saying that I’m the updated version because I’m practical also.”
She revealed,” So when Udariyan ended and I’m looking for new work. Infact not even searching because it just ended and I got the call for Bigg Boss.”
” But then I was quiet dicy that whether I should do or not. But first thing that I had never watched Bigg Boss so when my brother used to watch, I would say that if I go I’ll kill it there.”
She said,” So the first thought was like that now I’m getting that opportunity in my hand then why should I say no.”
She continued,” The second thing was that when I had the feeling that Tejo is like me and people have loved her, so just imagine or give it a try that how much love is Priyanka getting.”
The Udariyan actor spoke,” So that was the reason again and I felt this is a good platform and infact the best platform actually and let’s go for it.”
