Shah Rukh Khan-starrer has become the highest Hindi grosser worldwide by minting Rs 550 crore in just 5 days of its release. Here are all the records it broke.
Pathaan’s box office collection of India was Rs 55 crore on Wednesday, Rs 68 crore on Thursday, Rs 38 crore on Friday, Rs 51.50 crore on Saturday and on Sunday the film made Rs 58.50 crore. Pathaan also made a collection of Rs 9.75 cr on regional screens so far.
During press conference when SRK was being asked about John Abraham he said, “John was very gentle and kind to me in action scenes.”
John also reacted to fan’s ‘Bollywood and Shah Rukh Khan are back’ comment saying “Statement just one correction. Shah Rukh Khan isn’t back. He had just gone for a loo break.”. He named SRK “National Treasure.”
The director of the film, Siddharth Anand said “Action without emotion is boring, Highlighting that many people’s reached theaters to watch movie more than one time.”
The lead actress of the film Deepika Padukone said her Pathaan character will empower more writers and also thanks Sid for his way of thinking of a female character in the film. She also states that SRK’s most underrated quality is his presence of mind.
Siddharth Anand hints at Pathaan 2 by saying “Insha allah” when fans screamed, “Pathaan 2.”. SRK is also ready to Pathaan 2 by saying that it will be honour for him to do so.
Siddharth said, “he finally got the gift to make a Shah Rukh Khan film,” as one need to earn Shah Rukh Khan’s film and I had earned the same.
He also said that ‘If by any chance a Shah Rukh Khan film doesn’t do well, it because of the director not him as he is like clay the way we want we can ask him to act in movie.’
