A mahant of Ayodhya’s Hanuman Garhi Raju Das called for people to set fire to the theatres that screen the movie as the song has hurt religious sentiments. MP Home Minister Narottam Mishra also raised issues against ‘objectionable costumes’ in the song.

The countdown to the release of Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone and John Abraham’s highly anticipated ‘Pathaan’ trailer has begun! The stars announced today that the second trailer to the ‘action spectacle’ will release online on January 10 at 11:00 am.
Shah Rukh took the lead and dropped three new character posters on his social media handles and wrote, “Thank u for waiting….ab Pathaan ki mehfil mein aa jao….”
“The mission is about to start,” he added.
Shah Rukh also posted the links to the Hindi, Telugu and Tamil trailers.
He also shared new poster of Deepika in a stylish gown and gun in hand, the actor hinted that we will learn a lot more of her character in the new trailer.
Not only Deepika Padukone but John’s poster was also shared by him with a blazing bazooka.
Deepika also took to her handle to ask fans to “Set your alarm!”, where she shared the poster which contained new look of all the three actors.
The launch comes just two weeks before the film’s release worldwide on January 25.
Besides the trio, the film will also see Salman Khan in a cameo. In an epic crossover, the actor will play RAW agent Tiger from the ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ franchise.
The team reportedly doesn’t want to give away any hints about the actor’s cameo and has hence gone ahead and deleted the same from all the promos.
